The following is a list of Synthis Process Modeler^TM shortcut keys, sorted by menu.  These key combinations can help save you time as you perform routine functions within the product.  If a shortcut exists, it will appear next to the menu option, in blue text.

Shortcut	Description
Ctrl-N	Creates an untitled, new project.
Ctrl-O	Open a project that already exists.
Ctrl-S	Save the active project with its current file name and location.
Ctrl-P	Print the active diagram.
Alt-F4	Close the current project with prompt to save changes.

Shortcut	Description
Ctrl-K	Insert Hyperlink to an existing file or Web page.
Ctrl-X	Cut the selected content.
Ctrl-C	Copy the selected content.
Ctrl-V	Paste content from the clipboard.
Ctrl-A	Select All available content.
Ctrl-D	Deselect the selected content.
Ctrl+Shift-I	Select Inverse of the selected content.

Shortcut	Description
Ctrl+Alt-0	Zoom 100% magnification.
Ctrl - (minus)	Zoom Out on diagram.
Ctrl + (plus)	Zoom In on diagram.

Shortcut	Description
Ctrl+Shift-D	Create a new Diagram using the new element dialog box.
Ctrl+Shift-N	Create a new Note using the new element dialog box.
Ctrl+Shift-R	Create a new Requirement using the new element dialog.

Shortcut	Description
Ctrl-F	Bring to Front ahead of all other diagram shapes
Ctrl-B	Send to Back behind all other diagram shapes.

Shortcut	Description
F2	Rename the active selection on the tree.
Alt-Left Click	Broom Mode to align shapes horizontally or vertically.
