Hi
When trying to activate the product for the first time my user name and password are not accepted! I get the error codes as follows:-
<Activate Status=2000>
<code></code>
<msg>Invalid user or password<\msg>
</activate>
What's up???

Same errors here, it cant be that the username or password is incorrect as I use the same details to login into the forums.

All,
Thank you for alerting us to this. Sorry for the problems! This issue was fixed a couple of weeks ago. While implementing some new code to support automatic Version 4.0 activation, we accidentally clobbered some of the Version 3.7 auto-activation configuration files.
