Program will not start gives me a Java Promt

I´m not able to start the program at all. I show me only a promt saying "Java Virtual Machine Launcher---Could not create Java virtual machine"

I unistalled Java and the program from my machine, the I reinstalled the program but same result so I reinsatelled Java from Suns webpage but stil the same result. Any suggestions?

I am very sorry to hear about your problems and apologize for the delay in responding to this post. We have all been very busy the past couple of weeks trying to get today's release ready.

Can you please tell us if you're experiencing this problem with version 3.7 or the version 4.0 "preview release" that was made available a couple of weeks ago?

Also, could you please tell us what operating system you are running.

Our Process Modeler comes with it's own embedded Java virtual machine, so it should not be affected by (nor should it affect) any other instances of Java that you may have installed on your system.

Hi there,
I had the same problem with 3.7, R4 work fine. You can also try the test models they offer on the website. I have actually run through the product with Andy, one of their suport guys. that I found quite helpful. Good way to get to understand, how the product is designed and how to work with it.
