Afternoon,

Been busy using your software for the past week or so, very happy with it its perfect for what I'm doing, and for some reason today the properties panel (the bit you can fill the extra information in) has gone missing and won't come back. Tried the usual double clicking on an object but nothing comes up. Is there another way to bring this panel up?

On a different issue do you know of any size issues this program has (in terms of a high number of diagrams/elements/owners etc), would a larger project cause problems for it or should it handle it with ease?

Many thanks, looking forward to version 4.

Glad to hear the Modeler is working out well for you!

It is possible to completely hide the properties panel so that it apears to be "gone for good". If you double click on an element or select something from the "View" menu such as "View Messages" and the properties panel does not appear, try to mouse over the bottom of the screen just above the progress bar. You may notice the cursor change to the double arrow to allow you to resize the properties panel vertically. If that does nto work, you can always restore your origional layout by deleting the ".working" folder under your install root directory. This will return the Modeler back to default settings.

In terms of the number of elements, that is really limited by the amount of RAM on the computer you are using. The largest project from customers we have seen are on the scale of a couple hundred diagrams and a few thousand elements. Practically speaking, once a project gets that big, it may be a good idea to think about segmenting the project along natural functional or regional lines. If you are planning someting much larget than this we would love to hear about it to see how we can help!

Hope this helps.
