I think the product is great, a few suggestions...

The generated objects are very useful for posting. I haven't seen a report/document that contains all attributes of elements. So some report/document generation that would do that would be very useful.

Also, a cross reference of items would be helpful. For example, I was running through and reviewing personnel to weed out and eliminate the unused. There is no report/document to see ownership and performed by associations.

An option to generate all reports/documents would be handy.

Carol,

Thanks very much for your feedback and suggestions. Regarding your comments, Have you tried running our "Ownership List" report? This produces a document that lists all Groups, People, and Roles in the leftmost column, and all of their direct and indirect (inherited) responsibilities in another column.

The "Ownership Document" provides the same basic information, with some additional details and in more of a traditional "document" format.

You can also view element cross-references via the "View" menu (View -> Ownership, "View -> Requirements", View -> Related Elements, and View -> Reverse Lookup). These options each open different panels and filter/display specific types of element relationships.

In terms of listing all attributes for an element, the most comprehensive "HTML Template" in the "Generate" menu is the "Process Website template. This should give a pretty comprehensive listing of attributes as you click through each of the elements. Which specific atributes are you interested in?

The generator templates are pretty easy to modify. If you would like to add some custom reports, please let me know and we can talk through them with you.

Please keep the suggestions and feedback coming! I've noted your request to be able to generate multiple documents / reports by selecting a single generation option.

Best regards,
