Can you extend the schema for elements?

Need to extend the schema for the elements and create custom properties for new groups of elements. Is this extensible through a supported method?

Thanks for your post. Our domain model is very easy to customize and extend. Unfortunately, we have not had time to add GUI support in version 4.0 to allow end users of the Process Modeler to add new attributes, reconfigure element editors, etc. This is all still done "under the covers" by one of our support representatives ... or by a trained Repository administrator on the customer side.

A first step toward making the Process Modeler more felxible and custom-configurable by end users was to add a right-click option that enables end users to convert any pasted image or shape into a re-usable element/object using the new "Change Type" option. We hope to make it easier for authorized end users to custom configure the Process Modeler in upcoming releases.
