A minor issue when adding a text box to a diagram.
I can get the text box out on a diagram with text and make it the size I want just fine. The problem is that the box expands itself lengthwise and can't be shrunk back. This makes it somewhat unusable.

I believe this problem was fixed in our most recent update. FYI - The most recent version as of this post is Build "3.5.1-6-20050802".

You can check your version by selecting the "Help -> About" option within the Process Modeler.

I will call you later today to double-check which version/build you are running and make sure that it is working correctly in the latest version/build.

When I do a help/about, the version and build are all listed as null.

You are definitely not running the latest release. We put out a release back in June that mistakenly listed the version and build numbers as null. If you download and install the latest from our website, the text box resizing issue has been fixed.

FYI - If you have downloaded and installed a newer release since then, you may actually have two versions installed and still be using the shortcut that points to the old version. Please double check your "C:\Program Files\Synthis\" installation directory to make sure you only have one version of the Synthis Process Modeler installed.
