Synthis and Windows on Mac

I understand that Synthis at this stage does not support any other opertating systems other than Windows.
I frequently make use of my Mac notebook when on site at clients premises and run Windows very successfully using Parallels. Up until now I have not found an application that would not run in Windows using this method, but Synthis refuses. It appears to be a Java related error and crashes just after the splash screen appears.

I thought I would just see if any other Mac users have found a workaround yet?
