Hello All,
we just recently started using the Process Modeler for documenting our business processes and so far like it a lot.
However, there is one question I would like to ask: What is the structural purpose of being able to reuse activities on different diagrams, i.e. in different processes? After having documented only our financial processes we end up with a long list of activity elements that is just not handleable without manually recreating the process diagram structure under the Elements/Activities tree and moving each activity into "its" place in the sub tree.
How do larger companies manage the incredible number of activities without support from the tool?
The process modeler simply seems to add them under Elements/Activities...
Am I doing something wrong?
Cheers,
Mathias
