Setting up user access to documents

I have been working with the server product and was having difficulty setting up users to have access to document via the navigator.

I finally figured it out. What you need to do is define the doucments at a top level for the project or client and then apply ownership over that folder.

This is done by selecting the folder and then in the folder window form the 'EDIT' menu select permission. Next select the user or group and assign the correct rights to that folder.

When your user logs in they can then access documents via the navigator tab, under resources.
