Link From within Diagram to Diagram

Would be nice if you could link from within a diagram to within another diagram, without adding the element of the other diagram.

Like:

Action - -> Decision - - - ->|

And if you click the ->| you would be transported to the element it is pointing to, within the other diagram.

Great suggestion! We are hoping to add the concept of an element "shortcut" in one of our upcoming version 4.x releases.
