I have emailed your support team with this - no response as yet and not terribly impressed by this.

Seems to be a bug in Print Preview. I get the following error:

Stephen,

While this used to come up with older versions of the Modeler, I have not seen it in a while. Are you using the lastest version, 3.6.7?

For some reason the print routine thinks that your diagram has height of zero. We have only seen this when there is a printer setup/compatibility issue or if somehow there is a project data issues. The quickest way to solve this would be to send me your project so I can take a look. Can you email it to me at wells.burke@synthis.com?

I have the latest version as I only downloaded it last week. This occurs when I have a simple project with one activity or whether I have many activities/documents - it also occurs with your example projects I downloaded. I could email you a project with one activity called "Untitled Activity 1" if you like but I'm not sure that would help you. By the way this problem occurs on my work PC which has networked printers as well as my home laptop with a local printer. I have checked all obvious printer settings without success.

Still awaiting a response on this. It's been nearly 2 weeks since I heard anything. Come on guys, don't let your excellent product down with poor support response.
