Hello !

I'm get an error message when publishing a document that would seem to indicate Synthis is looking for a folder and associated index.html that is not there. (has not been created?)

When I click on the hyperlink in the Ownership section of the Process Flow Document I get the following error:

Cannot find
'file:///C:/Program%20Files/Synthis/Sythis%20Process%20Modeler%203.6.7/output/Unique%20Process/Ownership%20Document/index.html'. Make sure the path or Internet Address is correct.

When I click on the hyperlink in the Requirements section of the Process Flow Document I get the following error:

Cannot find
'file:///C:/Program%20Files/Synthis/Sythis%20Process%20Modeler%203.6.7/output/Unique%20Process/Requirements%20Document/index.html'. Make sure the path or Internet Address is correct.

Help?
Thanks
Paul

I seem to get the same problem with mine. It looks like it adds a number after the index.html that could possibly point to where it is on the page, but that messes it up. If you need the list, it's generated in the main project folder (where ever you have your output) under Ownership List. If you click the index.html in there, you should get a complete page. Hopefully this bug will get fixed for next release.

Thanks E!

I figured it out. I had to Publish specific reports which then create a folder / and corresponding index.html - that are referred to in the Process Flow Document.

The bug is that when the Process Flow Document is requested - it should run other reports that it refers to in the document. At this time, they do not.

BUT - if you Publish both the
1. Personnel Management / Ownership Document
2. Standard Document / Requirements Document

Then - all the links in the Process Flow Document will work. My guess is if you change any data, then these two reports need to be run / published again, before publishing the Process Flow Document.
