Element Properties - Help

I'm sorry if this sound like to dumb question, but does anyone know where I can get some help or documentation that explains "What each section within an Element Properties Bar, actually does or relates to?"

EG: The Activities Elements - have;
- Element Overview > Owner > Requirements
- Element Details > Related Elements
- Performed By > Assigned Personell
- Internal Controls > Internal Control Details > Control Objectives > Compliance Testing Owner > Internal Audit Owner
- Lean Data > Process Analysis > Process Data

PS: I'd also like to say well done to synthis for a quite reasonablly easy to use, yet top level advanced program.
