ISO 9001:2000 demands me to register changes.
I found the revision number field within the element properties of a diagram.
But I?m missing a field to note down the revision changes.
One Text field ?Revision Changes? within document-control would do.
For instance within diagram Supply Management:
v.1.0 Added registration of Current Supply.
v.1.1 Added instructions for new Warehouse management system.
