How do I print the comments..

within the Element Properties?

Or how can I collate them and print when I print the diagram?

Jerzy,

Thanks for your post. You can print the comments in a number of different print-friendly formats. You best option is probably to select the following template from the main "Publish" menu:

Publish -> Standard Documents -> Process Flow Document

This will produce a printable document, complete with a cover page, table of contents, a version of your diagram(s) scaled to fit on 8.5 x 11 paper, and all of the details you have captured for each element (including all of the comments).

If the elements don't print in the exact sequence you want, open the Element Properties for the diagram in question and edit sequence of the elements using the "Print Sequencing" tab (the right-most tab in the Diagram "Element Properties" window.
