Link to existing file or web page

I have linked a web page to an element, if I try to create an additional link then the button fails to operate. It does does not allow the link page to appear..... Any ideas???

It is pretty hard to tell just from the error information. If you can send your project file to support@synthis.com I would be happy to take a look.
