Process Modeler and Vista

I have tried to install the process modeler on a laptop with Vista Business. It goes all the way until the last part of the installation. It gets to about 98% and just hangs. Is there a work around and a fix? will you be looking at bringing out a Vista Version or a copy that will install within Vista.

Hi Marc,

We have had a few reports of Vista problems and are making it a priority. So far we can not isolate why some installs are having the problem. The only problems have been with the installer and not with the Modeler itself.

In the meantime, you can download a zipped verion of the program from "http://www.synthis.com/temp/Synthis Process Modeler 3.7.2.zip".

All you have to do is unzip it and click on the startup.bat file. Should be even easier than running the installer.
