Problems with free activation

Dear Synthis Support

I downloaded the Process Modeller software some time ago. My trial period has now expired and I'm being told I need to activate the product.

I've registed online using email address and I've received the registration email and successfully logged in to your website using this id/email.

Unfortunately, the product activation process does not seem to be working. I see this has occurred to other users - can you provide me with a solution

Thanks for your post. Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the automatic activation. This is often a result of having to go through a proxy server to get out to the Internet.

PROXY SERVER SOLUTION:

Using Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can find your proxy settings by opening the 'Tools -> Internet Options' dialog, then selecting the 'Connections' tab, and finally clicking on the 'LAN Settings button.

Using Mozilla Firefox, you can find your proxy settings by opening the 'Tools -> Options' dialog, then clicking on the 'Advanced' button, then clicking on the 'Network' tab, and finally clicking on the Connection 'Settings' button.

Once you have your proxy settings, click on the 'Edit -> Preferences' option within the Process Modeler, then click on the 'Network' option and copy/paste the appropriate details.

A MUCH EASIER SOLUTION:

That said, the easiest solution is to send an email to sales@synthis.com or support@synthis.com and we'll reply back with a license key.
