How does one change "Created" and "Last Modified" dates in 4.0 Process Narrative?

In 3.7, in File...Project Properties, one could set a version number and see the Created and Last Modified dates which show on the cover page.

In 4.0, I can't find where to set the Version number; the created date is 07/08/2005 and Last Modified is 05/17/2007. Neither of these dates appear to change.

Is there 1) a place to set the version? 2) a way to get the dates to accurately reflect the project?

Robert Hazan

Re: How does one change "Created" and "Last Modified" dates in 4.0 Process Narrative?

Robert,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Just a quick post to confirm that this issue has been resolved in our latest R4 release.

The "Created" and "Last Modified" dates on the cover pages of the "Process Narrative" and "Ownership Document" HTML templates are now updating correctly.

Regarding the "Version" field you mentioned, this was a carry-over from very early versions of the Process Modeler, before we had a server-based product that did automatic revisioning and version control and has been removed from our R4 version.

I know you have been working closely with Andy and our product team to help identify a number of small issues and recommend some additional enhancements. Thanks for your continued assistance.

Best regards,

-John Leonard
Synthis Support Team
