Re:Process Mapping Methodology

Bassam,

Thanks very much for your interest in our software and your comments about our Process Modeler. Although the Process Modeler has been on the market for about 4 years, we just recently launched a brand new website and brand new support forums, so I think it may take a little while for our users to start posting to these forums on a regular basis.

Regarding your post, the Process Modeler has been used successfully with a combination of establisged/popular and custom/in-house methodologies. We certainly can share some basic process mapping guidelines that have worked well in different scenarios for other Process Modeler users.

FYI - our standard service offerings include 1-2 hour online "getting started" training classes (via Web conference) and 1-2 day on-site "train the trainer" training classes if you think either of those may be appropriate.

I will contact you directly to learn more about your specific needs and make sure you and your team get off to a good start!

Regards,

-Andy Ibbotson
Synthis Corporation
