Difficulty with "Free Product Activation"

Dear Synthis Support

I downloaded the Process Modeller software some time ago. My trial period has now expired and I'm being told I need to activate the product.

I've registed online using email address and I've received the registration email and successfully logged in to your website using this id/email.

Unfortunately, the product activation process does not seem to be working. When I first hit the "Login" button I was prompted to enter HTTP Proxy detail if applicable, which are, and which I did. I've triple checked the HTTP Proxy information but I keep getting a dialog box entitle "Activation Error" that says:

"The process modeller is unable to connect to the activation server at this time. Please contact Synthis to register offline."

I emailed "support@synthis.com" some time ago but never received a reply. Its now a couple of months later so I thought I'd try again through this form this time.

Can you help with "registering offline"?
