All process models and documents controlled by the Synthis Repository? are made available to Repository users based on their assigned permissions.

User permissions can be assigned and managed at any level within the Repository.

Synthis Repository? Search Results

End users only see the latest approved version of any published process model or document.  Authorized users can access previous revisions and additional Repository capabilities based on their assigned roles and permissions.

Unique Business Process Search

The preceding screenshot shows the results of a “full-text” Business Process Search.  Each process model listed in the search results has an optional turn-down that lists all elements whose content matched the search term. An additional turn-down on each element reveals element-specific details.

Clicking on an element in the search results opens the Synthis Maps? in a new window and automatically and highlights the selected element on the target process map.

In addition to giving users one-click access to the requested information, this unique approach provides valuable context for where and how the element fits into the overall business process.
